Getting started - an introduction to the Compendium

This guide will help you to get started with the Cosmic Compendium.

The Cosmic Compendium is the player's handbook to the Advent Destiny role play. It contains both useful and vital information that is constantly referenced by players to aid in their role play. The data provided on the Compendium are considered to be the official unless stated otherwise.

To encourage players to contribute to the compendium, we are using a wiki format. This means that most articles in the Cosmic Compendium are available for registered users to edit the pages. Instead of having to wait for those with the authority, logged in users can edit the pages to correct minor errors. As an open format means that vandals can easily mess up the page of the Compendium, we have implemented a zero tolerance rule. This means that users who vandalize articles would be banned at the first offence.

Before you add new information to the Compendium, you will need approval from the respective authority. Faction leaders will deal with most faction-related issues. Narrators may intervene if the faction-specific issue may have a wider impact in the role play.

Anyone adding unauthorized information will be considered as vandalizing the Compendium and will be banned.
